Upload the file to LinkedIn as-is. Don't crop or edit it in the upload dialog, or the HDR profile gets stripped. The glow shows on HDR displays (recent iPhones, MacBooks, iPads); everyone else sees your normal logo. Bright areas glow, dark areas stay dark, and transparent backgrounds become glowing white.
